Gives an all-around effect on the buttocks and upper body. This routine will recharge your body with dynamic energy, while strengthening and balancing your whole being. Just lying on the Shakti Mat for 5-10 minutes will leave you feeling refreshed and revitalized!

Shakti Yoga is a very powerful yoga. Rest or only very moderate activity is recommended after your yoga workout.
