Team Shakti UK is a trading name of Big Web Warehouse Ltd in the UK. Team Shakti AB is the Swedish company behind the Shakti Mat phenomenon. The team here at Big Web Warehouse Ltd, the ecommerce fulfilment warehouse,  want to deliver your purchase to you in the shortest possible time and we will do our utmost to ensure this happens.

Our service to you

The service we supply to you is the fastest delivery network - either by Postal Services or Fed Ex International parcel carrier. Where goods are in stock and are not made to order, we will normally despatch on the next working day.

Your chosen service may be by either tracked national parcel carrier or by Postal Services. The delivery by Postal Services is subject to the terms of the Postal Carrier and if outside the UK, is outside our control. It is important to select the service that most suits your country.

Difficult deliveries

If you suspect delivery may be a problem, please add information to your delivery details when you order e.g. 'leave in porch if no reply' or 'leave at No19 if no reply

If the delivery fails because the carrier is unable to hand over the parcel for signature or there is no additional information to help the carrier to make the delivery, the parcel will be returned to the local carrier depot and you will receive a card from them asking you to call the depot. If you do not call the depot or fail to contact Team Shakti UK at Big Web Warehouse Ltd by email, the parcel will be returned to us after 5 working days and we will have to charge you for the cost of the delivery.

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment unless otherwise stated and are shipped via Fed Ex (or similar) with tracking and drop-off with signature. Shipping fees may include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.

Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight and destination of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. For international postal deliveries your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
