RELIEF YOU DON’T NEED TO LIE STILL FOR

The discreet low-profile design can be worn seated, standing, cooking, commuting – even driving – without anyone knowing you’re in the middle of an acupressure session. No more lying down to Shakti. No undressing completely, either.

REMOVABLE ACUPRESSURE PAD FOR BACK TENSION & BELLY RELIEF

Targeted relief where you need it. Position the spikes on the rear of the band to release your lower back, or on the front inner fastening strap to relieve your belly. Remove them entirely for lumbar and postpartum support.

TWO-STAGE TENSIONING = PERSONALISED RELIEF

One set of straps secures the band against your body and holds it comfortably in place. Another set controls the pressure of the spikes to release tension – attach them high or low on the belt to achieve the right release.

SIGNATURE SHAKTI SPIKES

Sharp spikes = effective acupressure. Anything less and you’re missing the point. Made with our Level 1 spikes, because wrapping spikes is different to lying on them. The intensity can be dialled up or down by adjusting the outer straps.

    Back Band

Purchased before travelling around Sri Lanka, made the initial long flight more comfortable and some long days in the bus were much easier due to the belt

    Wouldn't travel without it

Really love my shakti back band

I but the shakti back band on when working from home at my desk and it feels great from the get go, really getting into my lower back which is often stiff after a day sitting at my computer.
