If Shakti isn’t right for you, you can return your items free of charge for an exchange or refund within 60 days of receiving your order, provided the goods are in the same condition as when you received them and purchased at full-price or on a limited-time promotion. We do not accept change-of-mind returns on limited edition items, clearance (sale or marked-down) items.

Your spikes are sharp, but they will blunt against a hard surface. You should only roll them over your skin, carpet, or your cork mat.

I stumbled on this Wonderball while looking for some sort of fidget toy to occupy my hands (i have a nasty 'hobby' of picking at my skin) and i stumbled upon someone that mentioned they have good success with this ball for the same thing. I'm so glad i did because i is AMAZING! I'm definitely a fidgeter and rolling this ball around my hands, arms, face, neck, just feels so good. It's so satisfying and relaxing and more-ish! I've been walking around with it in my pocket (loose pockets on a dress) and just putting my hand in to get a quick spike fix every now and then. I think i'm going to have to invest in the mat because I can't get enough of this!

I love the feeling of this on my feet and arms. I do wish it was a little heavier for when I hold it in my hand. And it does have a distinct smell. I realize it's made of bronze so the a metallic smell is natural but mine also has a fishy scent. I've tried contacting the company to ask if this is normal and how to wash/clean the ball but no one seems to want to respond.
