At this stage, sizes are not sold separately (cannot be mixed and matched).
To find your size, measure the circumference of your calf or thigh approx. ⅔ of the way up as shown.
If you fall on the upper range of Regular or the lower range of Plus (2-3 cm), we recommend sizing down.
Regular
Fits thighs up to 60 cm in circumference
Fits calves up to 45 cm in circumference
Plus
Fits quads up to 80 cm in circumference

Regular? Plus? What does it mean? Leg Wraps aren’t compression socks or leggings, and these sizes are based on Regular fitting “most”, and Plus covering those who don’t.
There are two ways to use the Acupress Leg Wraps: flushing tension fast, and releasing it with less pressure. The difference is step three.
1. Lay the Wrap out on your bed or sofa before sitting down to create even coverage across the back of your calf or thigh. The compression strap should be on the right-hand side.
2. Sit down on it with your leg in front of you and connect each self-fastening closure following the numbers from 1 to 3. The fit should be snug with each spike making contact, but you shouldn’t feel much pressure at this point.
3. Once you’re comfortable, wrap the compression strap up, over, and around your thigh to adjust the pressure.
Sit with the sensation for 20-40 minutes. Slow breaths will help your body relax.
A storage pouch is included to protect your Leg Wraps.
When required, hand wash in cold water with mild detergent/soap. Use a lint roller to clean the self-fastening loop fabric as required.
Dry flat, out of direct sunlight.
Do not use a washing machine or tumble dryer.
Do not dry clean.

• Don’t try to walk around once they’re on
• Wiggling your foot will adjust the pressure in your calf. -
Even if you’re familiar with lying on a Shakti Mat, adding compression to acupressure ups the intensity of each spike exponentially. It’s not a warning, but an invitation to relax when you want, and flush tension when you need to.
More pressure is more intense. Less is more relaxing. Whether you want to dial up the pressure or take it easy, sitting with the sensation for 20-40 minutes is ideal.
You’ll notice the discomfort can remain longer than if you were to lie on a Shakti Mat. This is normal – especially with more compression. If the sensation becomes too difficult, loosen the compression strap.

Acupress Leg Wraps have Level 1 spikes. Why? Because wrapping spikes is different to lying on them. You can adjust the intensity with compression as opposed to relying on gravity alone. Perfect whether you want to increase the intensity of each spike – or ease off for a therapeutic touch.

I have used these wraps three times now (I have two sets to do both legs upper and lower at the same time) and the third time I upped the wrap intensity.
Wow. It is more intense than 20 or 30 minutes on my mat. And when I remove them the benefit was evident with a few minutes. The soreness I had from walking 25,000 steps a day at work melted away. The stiffness disappeared relatively quickly.
The only reason I gave it four and not five stars is because it requires some time and effort to master the wrapping. Otherwise this product is excellent.

I bought this in January and i've been using pretty regularly(atleast twice a week). I believe the concept is fantastic and have had amazing impact from the tool, but I do believe that it can be better. While I highly recommend this product, I hope shakti does some improvements.
1. The straps have the numbers sewed where the velcro goes. This severely weakens them and becomes a bit of a nuissance. Just put the numbers on top of the wrap on the other side of the velcro. I'm not a masochist, but I do like to be able to put tension throughout. This severely limits how much I can tighten as to a certain point, there's just not enough strength in the velcro. Maybe they need to revisit that as well. Another consideration is to make the straps that tighten have material to velcro on top of.
2. They didn't mention the need for continued use of the paper for the point suface to not damage the wrap. I figured this out quickly, but after a while that paper starts getting kind of beat up. What do we do when it tears? Any recommendations would be appreciated.
3. I sent an email requesting a larger size as I saw that I was on the edge of the recommended. I did the measurements and followed their protocol but still feel the larger size would be better for my case. Still have not received a response, so their claims for free exchanges is basically not true.
I do hope they improve this version and their customer service, but I would recommend to get this product because…

I'm a diehard Shakti fan and have not been disappointed with the new legs wraps. Nicely made, come with an attractive bag for storage, the same quality good-hurt spikes I fall asleep on every night. I would recommend measuring your thighs to ensure a good fit--Im curvy and these *just* fit at the top of my thighs. Bonus, the thigh wrap can double as a compact alternative to the mat when traveling.

I love my mat that I’ve had for a while and decided recently to get the legs. I love them, I have had leg issues and cramping especially after hiking and love to put these on and just relax. It is definitely different and takes a little longer to relax into than the mat but I love them! 😍
