RELIEF THAT DOESN’T REQUIRE LYING STILL

The discreet low-profile design can be worn seated, standing, commuting – even driving – without anyone knowing you feel like a million quid. No more lying down to Shakti. No undressing completely, either.

REMOVABLE ACUPRESSURE PAD FOR BACK OR BELLY TENSION

Target tension where you need to. Position the spikes on the rear of the band to release your lower back, or on the front inner fastening strap to relieve your belly. Remove them entirely for lumbar and postpartum support.

2-STAGE TENSIONING = PERSONALISED RELIEF

One set of straps secures the band against your body and holds it comfortably in place. Another set controls the pressure of the spikes to release tension – attach them high or low on the belt to achieve the right release.

    Portable relaxation is actually possible!

Why lay on a bed of nails when you can walk around freely with one? It’s not actually like that, although may seem it if you’re new to this. What actually happens… the first split second it’s a ‘oooch’ it doesn’t hurt but it’s different, but that turns quickly into a ‘hhhhmmmm’ and then to a ‘awhwhhw’ (I don’t know what that sounds like but it’s the closest match of letters o can put to my feelings) as the warmth spreads and you relax into it. Not long after, it becomes a part of your being and you don’t notice it at all, just a sensation of stillness, restfulness and light.

Reading this back, I can see how you may be questioning my state of mind writing it… but if you want to understand exactly what this means then you’ll need to try it out yourself and then come back and read again. You’ll find it makes perfect sense

Good , but a work in progress.

A very good idea and has helped me with a back injury which happened whilst gardening. I am also a carer for a family member and I needed something to help me to keep doing my daily work around the house plus aid my recovery. I have a Shakti mat , headband , plus the Shakti footpad and I find the products very useful. They help me enormously, the back and belly band I think has been very good as sometimes I can't get to use the mat and being a carer I am always demand and getting up and down off the Shakti mat can be a bit frustrating. The only thing I find a little problematic is when I have to pick items of clothing off the floor when wearing it can be a little scratchy. Takes it's time to get used to but it has been a worthwhile investment and is helping my recovery.

In the words of Shakti, being stabbed in the back never felt so good!

I love my acupress Back and Belly Band, great to wear when cooking, sitting or walking to work. It makes me feel warm and releases my general stiffness.

Great for being out and about

I really love wearing the back and belly band as I can move about and get on with my life at the same time.

    Wow

I have previously used an acupressure mat (not Shakti) and have found it very beneficial so I decided to try the back band.

Oh my word ……. What a difference in the spikes - these are sharp !!

I do find that the spikes coming around the side of my stomach are super uncomfortable.

I am finding it torture ……. My partner thinks it’s great !!
