RELIEF THAT DOESN’T REQUIRE LYING STILL

The discreet low-profile design can be worn seated, standing, commuting – even driving – without anyone knowing you feel like a million quid. No more lying down to Shakti. No undressing completely, either.

2-STAGE TENSIONING = TARGETED RELIEF

One set of straps secures the Band against your skin and directs each spike toward tension. Another set tightens the pressure to release it. Removing the spikes offers lumbar and postpartum support. With straps on either side, you can independently adjust them.

HUG WHERE IT HURTS

Target bloating, cramps, and tension in your lower back. Wearable acupressure is a spikey hug that goes from weird to wonderful in a matter of minutes.

    Easy to shakti everywhere

I love how this is like a portable shakti mat. I’ve been using mine around the house and sitting doing admin so I get the benefits of shakti without having to take time out to lie down. I think I’ll use this so much.

    Practical, Portable, Powerful

It’s so usable — I can transport it easily and use it upright, which I wouldn’t be able to do with the mat. I’ve used it standing in the kitchen, sitting at my desk, and even while making dinner. It’s like a mobile Shakti mat. I love the adjustability — being able to increase or decrease the pressure without taking it off is a big plus. It feels like a back support, acupressure tool, and posture corrector all in one.

    Looks discreet, feels strong

I like how it’s as compact as possible and has a sleek design, so I can wear it under clothing at work without it looking bulky or obvious. It looks professional and high quality. The band feels heavy-duty but not in a way that gets in the way — it just feels strong and well-made. Honestly, it looks like a regular back brace, which is great. You’d never guess it’s doing so much therapeutic work.

A new staple in my Shakti routine <3

There's just nothing bad to say about this! Every single Shakti product I try becomes a new staple in my acupressure routine. My core and back muscles hold so much tension throughout the day, so this band will be a godsend every evening!

Great for on the go tension release

I've mostly been testing my new back and belly band while I've been doing the housework. It's great because you get all the benefits of the mat, but without having to actually stop! I've also found it to be super helpful for targeting the tension in my lower back muscles, especially after deadlifting – it really does the trick! I'm still getting used to spiking my belly though! But I did feel like it offered me some relief from menstrual cramps. So I'd definitely use it again for that, I just think it takes some getting used to because the sensations are very different on your belly compared to your back. I love how discreet it is too; others can't really notice you wearing it under a baggy t-shirt!

Hi Laura, Thanks so much for sharing your experience! We love hearing how The Acupressure belly and back band is helping you stay active while finding relief, especially for that post-deadlift tension and menstrual cramps. It definitely takes a little getting used to on the belly, but you’re absolutely right—the benefits are worth it! 💛
