    Excellent addition to my Shatki collection!

    I’ve been using it regularly and although it takes some getting used to I really like it!

    I initially only used it for my hands but now I’ve started using it on my legs and on any place that hurts or has tension.

    We use it daily while we watch TV . Love it!!!

    Love Shakti!!!

    I LOVE my mat and my pillow! I usually fall asleep during my Shakti sessions which certainly surprised me at first. It does still hurt to get on and get off but during the time on my mat.....ahhhh.......bliss. Can't recommend Shakti enough!!! Anxiety and stress has decreased and my SLEEP is AMAZING!

    I ordered level 1. Delivered super quick, beautifully presented and made and reassuringly expensive versus cheaper alternatives which is evident from the quality and superior experience. The sense of calm, back relief and actually not sure how I can fall asleep on it (deeply) and I set a timer for 20 mins and wake up with a sense of quick recovery and energy. Within a few days I upgraded to level 2. Me and my daughter are in love with a spikey green mat

    Skeptical at first

    A work colleague introduced me to the benefits of the Shakti Matt and at first I was skeptical, but after just a few weeks I am sold on the benefits, it works! Once you get past the first ouch, it's all good. Now the whole family use it. Looking to purchase the pillow next.
