If Shakti isn’t right for you, you can return your items free of charge for an exchange or refund within 60 days of receiving your order, provided the goods are in the same condition as when you received them and purchased at full-price or on a limited-time promotion. We do not accept change-of-mind returns on limited edition items, clearance (sale or marked-down) items.

Your spikes are sharp, but they will blunt against a hard surface. You should only roll them over your skin, carpet, or your cork mat.

I love this tool. It sits on my desk and during class its more in my hands than not. I look forward to using it on my feet but need to find some cork to ut down so it doesn't pick up lint from the carpet. I only gave 4 stars because there are a few flattened spikes and I've not had the ball anywhere other than in my hands or on the cork provided.

I absolutely love these wonderballs, having the 2 different sizes allows to to target more areas. The mat and bases for the wonderballs allows for the to be on display so you can access them easily. They arrived quickly and packaged well. I would highly recommend and purchase from this company again.
