The power of the Acupress Leg Wraps is in their ability to meet you where you’re at. Wrap them looser for a therapeutic touch. Wrap them tighter to flush tension fast.
Fasten the inner before wrapping the compression strap and try to sit with the sensation for 20-40 minutes. Slow breaths will help your body relax. Wiggling your foot will adjust the pressure in your calf.Pro tips

Will it hurt? Yes. But for how long (and how much) is up to you.
