I definitely was skeptical, but am happy to say these products are excellent quality. Customer service was above my expectations as well. The mat scared me the first few times of using it but that went away quickly and I’m now using them twice a day for different tension relief. I like the option of the headband when I need it.

It has a strange odour but it feels good
